Attacks our own decks, models and pitches before anyone outside does, and returns the questions we cannot yet answer — ranked by how much damage each one does in the room. A red team rehearses the opposition rather than criticising the plan. The objection you haven't heard is the expensive one.

Keeps the account inventory for every league, team and sponsor we deal with, works out who those audiences actually are, and sets posting and collaboration cadence against real benchmarks rather than instinct.
